All sales are subject to the terms outlined below. By purchasing from our store, you agree to this policy in full. Due to the nature of collectible trading card products, all policies are enforced strictly.
At Collectors Ziurum, we aim to provide a reliable and trustworthy experience for collectors. Due to the nature of trading card products, especially sealed items, our policies are structured to protect both our business and our customers from fraud, abuse, and product tampering. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on sealed trading card products, including but not limited to Pokémon and One Piece TCG items.
Once a sealed product is opened, its value is no longer consistent or verifiable, making refunds impossible. No exceptions will be made for opened or sealed TCG products unless the item arrives with a verified factory defect.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a manufacturer factory issue.
We do not cover:
- Opened products
- Buyer’s remorse
- Damage caused after delivery
- Packaging wear that does not affect the product itself
- Trading Card Game Products of any kind
For items outside of trading cards:
Requests must be Emailed in within 30 days of purchase, if approved funds will be available in 5-10 business days after submission.
Returns are only accepted for VERIFIED factory defects
Shipping returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for damage caused during transit for items valued under $10,000. If you are concerned about shipping risk, we strongly recommend selecting insured shipping options at checkout when available.
All returns must:
- Be approved in advance
- Be shipped within the approved return window
- Include tracking
Unapproved returns may be rejected and returned. Email us for shipping address.
